Did you ever here about the Dutch word “niksen”? Me neither, suprisingly. It stands for doing nothing.

I just came across an article, called the case for doing nothing. The idea is, to stop being busy, as we usually (excluding the current and upcoming months ..) are very busy. But sometimes it is good, to just do nothing, and to be. To quote the article: “More practically, the idea of niksen is to take conscious, considered time and energy to do activities like gazing out of a window or sitting motionless.” In the end, niksen can lead to higher productivty and performance.
