Remote games
Due to (physical) social distancing, we search for ways to connect with our loved ones. In recent weeks, I had lots of fun playing games remotley, either via a browser or mobile app. Hence, I want to introduce two of those games now, in particular Houseparty and Jackbox.
- Houseparty - A mobile let you video chat with friends, and play games at the same time. For example, a game similar to cards against humanity, or a drawing game, where your friends need to guess what you are drawing.
- Jackbox - Inspired by “You don’t know Jack”, this website offers several games. A room-id can be shared with friends, and they can join your party.
It is highly possible that I will update this list in the coming weeks.
Also, as I guess that some people read this site, more interested in “real” computer games, I can share with you that both Counterstrike: Global-Offensive and Call of Duty: Warzone are free-to-play.
